After 6 years of being the brave neighborhood group leader, we decided it was okay to let Rena retire. Our new group leader is Karen Robbins. Here's the email from Karen regarding our first meeting of 2011:
Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are ready to get back to doing some "other than gift" sewing! I know I really am.
Our first meeting of the year is this Thursday and I am hoping we can all put our heads together to plan out another great year! All our programs in the past have been fun and informative and I am excited to hear all of your creative ideas for this year.
